Shipping

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Half Cookie is not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate addresses or postal errors. If a package is lost, please file a claim with your local USPS.

We understand mistakes happen. However, any errors made during the ordering process that result in delayed or non-delivery are not eligible for refunds. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

We ship all orders using USPS Priority shipping, with most packages arriving within 1-3 business days. However, during busy periods, USPS may experience delays that are beyond our control.

Our team bakes daily to ensure your handcrafted cookies are as fresh as possible. Orders are baked and shipped within 1-5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please include a note with your order, and we’ll do our best to expedite it. We ship via USPS Priority, which typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

We offer pickup at our ghost kitchen in Charlestown, MA every Friday from 5-7pm with online preorders. While you’re there, grab a drink from Post & Beam Brewery, located upstairs!

While some of our recipes don't contain nuts, we are not a nut-free facility. We bake in a shared kitchen, and while we have processes to minimize cross-contamination, it's possible due to the small space. We handle allergens like dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), eggs, and soy. If you have a serious allergy, we recommend not consuming our products for your safety.

Yes! All our cookies are freshly baked to order at our ghost kitchen in Charlestown or our Chestnut Hill storefront. Once your order is placed, the cookies are hand-rolled, individually packaged, and either shipped or delivered straight to you.

Cookies have a shelf life of 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 2 months! We recommend reheating for the best taste. If frozen, let them come to room temperature and microwave for 10-15 seconds or bake at 350°F for 3-5 minutes for that perfect gooey center.

Cookies are best enjoyed within 14 days of receiving them. If you want to extend their freshness, you can freeze them for up to 2 months. For optimal taste, we recommend reheating them before enjoying!

Yes! Our cookies are perfect for events. We offer individually wrapped cookies, which can be custom labeled for your occasion. For custom orders and quotes, please fill out the form here.

Yes! Our Holiday Gift Box is available to order for the remainder of the 2024 season. Additionally, keep an eye out for our NYE Party Box, coming late 2024. These are perfect for gifting or celebrating special occasions! You can place your order directly on our website.
