I ORDERED NATIONWIDE SHIPPING. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COOKIES?
Our cookie team is baking daily to get you your handcrafted cookies. When you place your order it will be freshly baked/shipped same day within 1-5 business days from when the order is placed. If you are hoping to receive your order for a special occasion/date please leave a note in your order and we will do our best to expedite! We ship USPS priority which typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive.
WHERE CAN I SHOP YOU LIVE?
We are officially open DAILY at our shop in Chestnut Hill! You can find us at 3A Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill at The Street (in between Star Market and Bond Vet.). We bake on-site and offer a weekly menu.
Store hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm // Sunday 12p-6p
We also participate in the SoWa Open Market every Sunday 11a-4p at 500 Harrison Ave in the South End.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We currently offer pickup at our ghost kitchen in Charlestown, MA every Friday 5-7pm with online preorders. We are excited to announce Post & Beam Brewery has just opened up upstairs so feel free to grab yourself a drink and pick up your cookies. DO YOUR COOKIES CONTAIN NUTS?
While some recipes do not contain physical nuts in them, we are not a nut-free facility. The Half Cookie products are freshly baked onsite in our shared culinary workspace in Charlestown, MA. While we do have processes in place to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we have a small kitchen space and do not have segregated production lines, so cross-contamination of ingredients is possible.
All our kitchens handle all the main allergens of dairy, treenuts, peanuts, gluten (wheat), egg, and soy.
If you have a serious allergy to any of these allergens, which could cause you to have a major allergic reaction, sadly the only way for you to be 100% safe is not to consume any of our products.
ARE THE COOKIES FRESHLY BAKED?
Yes, all of our cookies are baked fresh to order out of our ghost kitchen in Charlestown, MA or our storefront in Chestnut Hill. Once your order is placed your cookies will be hand rolled using the finest ingredients, individually packaged for freshness, and shipped or delivered directly to your door. Cookies have a shelf life of 2 weeks, and you can extend your shelf life by freezing them for up to 2 months! We always recommend heating our cookies for best taste. If frozen- you will bring your cookie to room temperature and microwave 10-15 seconds or heat in the oven. We recommend 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes for that gooey center! (oven temperatures time/may differ.)
HOW LONG ARE THE COOKIES GOOD FOR?
Cookies are best eaten within 14 days of receiving. Cookies can also be wrapped and frozen for up to 2 months.
DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL EVENTS?
Yes! We love to be apart of your events. Our cookies are individually wrapped and can be custom labeled for your event. For custom orders and quotes please email us directly at eat@thehalfcookie.com.
POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY
Please make sure before you check out that your shipping address is correct. The Half Cookie is not responsible for any packages being lost due to inaccurate addresses or postal confusion. If a package is lost, please file a claim with your local USPS.
Your order will be sent out freshly baked and in excellent condition. Mistakes happen and we understand. Unfortunately, any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delayed/non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds.
While we ship all orders with priority shipping, we can not definitely say how many days they will take to arrive. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days but USPS priority does experience busy periods where orders may take longer.

REFUND POLICY
The Half Cookie does not accept returns or exchanges. We always strive to deliver quality products so please email us at eat@thehalfcookie.com with any questions or concerns.
ALLERGY STATEMENT
Customer understands allergen risks and agrees to notify Customer's guests of this risk. Customer agrees to hold The Half Cookie harmless for any allergic reactions.
