This is the most moist and flavorful gluten free cookie I had in a long time. I love the PB center and the Reese pieces were just amazing, added a burst of PB with every bite.
Such a great GF option—loaded with lots of treats/fillings, so you don’t miss the gluten at all. Great texture, moistness and density.
I’m a big fan of Half Cookie and all the kinds of cookies they offer! Looking forward to the Seaport pop up location next month!
